Wisdom is your understanding of the human condition. If you focus on increasing your wisdom, you gain access to more common sense, spatial awareness, and divine magical understanding. You widen your window with divine magical attacks and Ethos social attacks equal to your bonus. Wisdom also gives you temporary Nerve against Ethos attacks equal to your bonus. Someone who invests in wisdom is frequently called a Zealot. Faith and conviction make credential attacks irrelevant. You derive authority from belief, not external validation. Questioning your credentials bounces off because your authority comes from somewhere the attacker can't touch.
